Likta collects only the data necessary to provide the service: your account identity (via Google or your verified Virtual Mail account), audio files submitted for transcription, and generated documents.

2. How We Use Your Data
Your data is used exclusively for:
- Authentication and account management
- Service communications (notifications, documents ready)
- Transcription and document generation
- Temporary storage and delivery to your Google Drive or Virtual Mail mailbox
3. Storage and Deletion
With Google mode, generated documents are delivered to your personal Google Drive. With phone-only Virtual Mail mode, recordings and working documents are kept in private ICALL storage for no more than seven days and are then deleted; the delivered copy follows your mailbox retention settings.
4. Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell your personal data. Google is used for authentication and Drive delivery in Google mode, ICALL and Virtual Mail provide storage and delivery in phone-only mode, and Stripe processes billing where applicable.
5. Your Rights
Under GDPR, you can request access, rectification, or deletion of your data at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from our systems.
