Likta collects only the data necessary to provide the service: your account identity (via Google or your verified Virtual Mail account), audio files submitted for transcription, and generated documents. Only with your consent (cookie banner), we measure site traffic with Google Analytics: pages viewed, where visits come from, sign-up and subscription steps. No audio file, document, name or email address is ever sent to it.
Your data is used exclusively for:
With Google mode, generated documents are delivered to your personal Google Drive. With phone-only Virtual Mail mode, recordings and working documents are kept in private ICALL storage for no more than seven days and are then deleted; the delivered copy follows your mailbox retention settings.
We do not sell your personal data. Google is used for authentication and Drive delivery in Google mode, ICALL and Virtual Mail provide storage and delivery in phone-only mode, and Stripe processes billing where applicable.
Under GDPR, you can request access, rectification, or deletion of your data at any time. Deleting your account permanently removes all your data from our systems.
