1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of Likta, an audio-to-document transcription platform. By using the service, you agree to these terms.

2. Service Description

Likta accepts audio recordings, transcribes them automatically, and generates structured documents delivered either to your Google Drive or, for eligible phone-only users, to your Virtual Mail mailbox. The service is provided as-is.

3. User Account

Access requires either a Google account or an eligible Virtual Mail subscription verified with its login code. You are responsible for account security. Each account is personal and cannot be shared.

4. Pricing and Payment

Prices are displayed on the Pricing page. Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access remains active until the end of the paid period. Credit packs are valid indefinitely.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your audio content and generated documents. Likta claims no rights over your content. The Likta brand and service source code remain our property.

6. Limitation of Liability

The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee 100% transcription accuracy. If you are not satisfied, you can request a refund within 14 days of purchase.
